"Novex is great for me and my kiddo"
I use Novex for both me and my daughter. Honestly, I believe they offer some of the finest products out there that really do the job and are reasonably priced. I've tried various types of shampoo, four different masks, still got three kinds of recharge, and the blindage leave-in. Everything works like a charm!

"My hair didn't curl with this product"
This product just didn't do the trick for curling my hair. I made sure to follow the instructions. When my hair was damp, I saw a couple of curls, but once it dried, my hair just went back to being straight. I was really let down.

"Novex Products Are My Favorite"
I'm a huge fan of Novex products, especially the Rena treatment. I've been using it for a decade now. However, this time I had to shell out $50 for customs, and with the $20 shipping, my order is getting pricey. :(

"Great products, but the calming one for straight hair..."
I really enjoy your products, but the calming treatment for straight hair could use a bit more thickness; it’s dripping quite a bit. I even tried using a cap, but it’s still leaking.

"This cream is truly fantastic"
This cream is truly fantastic! I don’t even need to apply gel or any styling products; this leave-in conditioner keeps my curls looking great for a solid three days. After that, they start to get a bit frizzy, but that’s just because I’m in Florida where the humidity is off the charts.

"Curls for My Grandkids!"
These items do wonders for my granddaughter's locks. They add a ton of bounce to her curls and make it a breeze to brush or comb. I've seen how well it keeps her hair hydrated and looking fresh. She’s thrilled that it’s growing so long.

"Shampoo Order Mix-Up"
I placed an order for two shampoos and, as usual, got some free samples. However, I only got one shampoo and instead of the second one, I received a recharge from that line. I've made several orders in the past without any issues. I've reached out to customer service via email and WhatsApp, but nothing seems to be working. Not sure what went wrong, but it's a good idea to double-check your package before accepting it.

"Loving the 30% Discount Sales!"
I’m a big fan of the 30% discount events, and that’s when I typically load up. It’s been more than a year since I started using these products. I usually go for a wash and go, so I don’t straighten my hair much. I especially like the Keratin line, particularly the liquid treatment. My co-workers keep telling me how much my hair has grown. I’m definitely a lifelong customer.

"So far, so good"
So far, so good. I'm still trying out the products, so I need a bit more time before I can give a detailed review. However, my first experience did leave my hair feeling soft; the keratin treatment might be a tad too heavy for my hair (it still frizzes a bit)….we'll see how it goes.
